Does the Park ever close?

No, we have a 12 month leisure license meaning you are able to holiday in your lodge any time of the year.

Can I live in my Lodge?

No our lodges are for holiday use only they are not residential you must be registered at a permanent address in the UK or abroad.

Are there any public transport links close by?

There is a bus stop just a few meters from the entrance to the park

How long can I keep my lodge on the park?

Each lodge will have a 99 year license agreement.

Do I need to pay council tax?

No, Hawthorn Lodges is a leisure park and therefore council tax is not applicable.

Can I have any extras?

We will always try and accommodate any extras you may want to add to your lodge. Speak to a member of our team about adding hot tubs, decking, EV chargers etc and we will see what we can do!

What are the extra costs?

You will have a yearly ground rent fee, which costs £3,600 payable on 1st April each year. All our utilities are metered to our lodge so there will be no changing gas bottles! We will send you a bill for your usage every 3 months.

Are you dog friendly?

Yes! Hawthorn Lodges is dog friendly, so you are more than welcome to bring your furry friends on holiday with you. However we ask you only bring up to 3 dogs per lodge.

Can I bespoke my lodge?

The Lavender Lodge can be bespoke built. This means you are able to tailor aspects in order to suit your needs.

Is WI-FI available?

Wi-Fi is available via a local provider, we recommend a wifi box in your lodge.
